🛠️ Custom Orders
We love bringing your ideas to life! Custom and made-to-order items typically take 2–3 weeks to complete. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume periods. If you’re working with a deadline, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
🧼 Product Care & Safety
Cutting Boards:
Boards with engraving or resin should be used for serving only — not as cutting surfaces. Cutting into these areas will damage the design and render resin sections no longer food safe. Care instructions are included with each board.
Resin Products:
Resin surfaces are durable and heat resistant up to 120°F, but they are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Please hand wash with mild soap and a soft cloth.
Tumblers & Drinkware:
Hand wash only. Not recommended for dishwasher or microwave use to preserve the integrity of the engraving and finish.
📦 Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Most ready-to-ship items go out within 3–5 business days. Custom orders ship upon completion.
Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we want you to be happy with your purchase!
